Jay’s wife began as a pseudo accountant during the early years of the company and as of 2001 has been working as the company treasurer and secretary. Daily, she is responsible for communicating with the company’s accountant, ensuring all vendor payments are being made as required, payroll, healthcare, and organizing upcoming schedules. All end of the fiscal year documentation and tax preparation is her responsibility.
